Embodying success as a businesswoman has been with Shaiqiyah Nefs-Al-Hyatt Muhammad, our CEO, her whole life. Her first businesses involved selling candy to her classmates in the 5th grade and having a small snowball and popcorn stand in front of her home. Those experiences empowered Ms. Muhammad and gave her a feeling of independence. Many decades later, Ms. Muhammad matriculated at Dillard University in New Orleans, LA, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. Here she observed the institution of learning business, yet she was confident that she was a business. Though her time at Dillard University was rewarding and offered tremendous growth, she kept her sights set on being a business owner at some point.

Ms. Muhammad went on to successfully manage and consult at several Fortune 500 companies, as well as providing service in integral roles in higher education for many years. A shift came on the horizon, and many changes ensued, with a desire to align with more purpose-filled endeavors. After becoming a mother and being committed to being a homeschool instructor, Ms. Muhammad began to cogitate on her contributions in previous professional roles. Ms. Muhammad found that she had more to offer the business world. She made up her mind that it was time to create Shaiqiyah CEO, Inc., a premier consulting corporation offering a culmination of her expertise in business. The company was established in 2017, and Ms. Muhammad was her very first client, creating Miss Lillie Bells®, an organic hair and body care company, which offers premium porducts and services.

Ms. Muhammad continues to display confidence in her abilities as a creator and businesswoman and wants to share the opportunity to receive an exceptional experience with new clients. Her commitment to service is exuded in all that Shaiqiyah CEO, Inc. represents. She has manifested the inner knowing of a young girl into a successful businesswoman. Now, Ms. Muhammad thrives on creating new ways to be of service to herself, her family, her company, and her community.
